Stronq is a hypertrophy training app built by Thorbjørn Bonvik. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
All workout data, program progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never transmitted to any server.
With your permission, Stronq can read and write data to Apple Health:
Health data stays on your device and in iCloud (if you have Health syncing enabled). Stronq never sends Health data to any external service.
Premium purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Stronq does not process or store any payment information.
The free version of Stronq displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. Upgrading to Stronq Premium removes all advertising.
Beyond what is collected by the ad provider in the free version, Stronq does not include any additional analytics SDKs or tracking frameworks. No personal data is collected, shared, or sold to third parties by the developer.
If you enable workout reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification service or external server is involved.
